General Rules and Regulations

  • Everyone on this site is here to have a good time one way or another, so please be respectful to everyone else on this site. This means no harassing, flaming, trolling or verbally abusing anyone else on this site. Anyone that is being harassed, contact an Admin right away and we will take care of the situation ASAP.

  • No Spamming. This means that you shouldn't double post or post anything in a thread that isn't relevant to the thread. This keeps threads and forums from being cluttered, this also means no spamming in the chat box, when you do this, you will get a warning from the mods or admins that are on at that time, if you do it a second time, then you will be banned from the chatbox for a certain amount of time depending on how much spamming you have been caught doing.

  • If you feel that there is corruptness with the admins or mods or unfair treatment and you have substantial proof, then bring it to an administrator and they will further the investigation, deal with it accordingly, it would be best to bring it to the attention of an administrator who is not involved in the corruptness to not cause any other problems.

  • For advertisements to other sites please post them only in the Advertisement section. It is why that section is there, if an ad is posted anywhere else it will be deleted and the person who placed will receive a warning.

  • This site is meant to be fun for everyone. For that reason, no excessive swearing, sexual content or overly graphic content is allowed in the Chat Box. Anyone who breaks this rule will be warned, if it persists they will be banned from the Chat box for an amount of time. Anytime from 1 hour to indefinite depending on how much this persists.

Roleplay Rules

  • To be able to post almost anywhere on this site you must have an approved Character. To make one go to the Character Creation Section. To use energy attacks in a thread, your techniques must be approved as well. If you do not do this, then you will get a warning and your posts will be deleted.

  • You can only have 1 character per account. If you wish to have another character you need to make another account for it. For this site, we have a maximum of 3 accounts for each person, meaning we don't have too many alternative characters and then people get confused on who is who. You must tell us on your character profiles which other accounts are yours.

  • Due to the nature of this site there will most likely be IC fighting among characters. What happens in a fight can affect the character such as missing limbs and things like that. Fights can even lead to death if you wish to prevent this put in the topic title one of the following tags. (No Killing), (No Fighting), (No Permanent Damage) etc.

  • You may have multiple threads at one time and you can post in different locations if you wish. We do ask that you don't take on more threads than you can handle, it clutters the site and is unfair to those you post with.

  • In Character posts are required to be at least 5-6 sentences long. It makes the storyline on the site much more enriching. NO ONE LINERS!!!! Any posts like that are that short will be deleted and the poster will receive a warning. Threads that are full of short posts will be deleted entirely. (Please also do not make a sentence under five words.)

  • Respect the posting order. However, we have a 24 hour rule that states that if a person in the topic didn't post within 24 hours and it's already their turn to post, the rest of the members can continue without them whereby they can just catch up later when they get on, but if they say that you can skip them then you may do so before 24 hours.

  • No Godmodding or Metagaming. These terms can mean any of the following and are not allowed. Instant dodge, I'm sorry but just doing a back flip doesn't make you dodge everything. Auto or instant hits, you can't automatically hit someone, if they can't block dodge your attack its a hit but you cant just say it hits.

  • If at anytime you think you'll be making a thread that is very gory, gruesome, or violent mark your topic with (Mature). Sexual content however doesn't apply, it is strictly banned. If you wish to do something like that with your RP partner please do it though PMs.

  • Now the final rule of this site is simple, Have fun.

School Rules and Regulations

Here at Rising Wolf Academy though we are a fighter's school we do have rules. These rules are to ensure the safety and well-being of our students. They are mostly to ensure they will be able to fight in the fighter's league after they graduate our institution. (These rules are to be followed IC (In Character) there will be no OOC (Out of Character) punishment.)

  • No students are allowed out of the dorms passed 10 p.m.

  • Students should not be in the dorm of the opposite sex after 9 p.m.

  • Black chi is not allowed for use by students. Any students caught using black chi will be expelled.

  • Fighters are allowed to participate in school regulated sparring matches. In these matches students are not allowed to deal deadly or crippling blows to opponents.

  • No fighting outside of the training facility or the arena. Any reports of unregulated fighting will be dealt with by the school headmaster.

  • Killing other students is strictly prohibited and anyone caught doing so will be expelled, and possibly jailed depending on the circumstances.

  • The school is independent from the outside world. Teachers are free to use whatever method they see fit to discipline their students.

  • Once a student has dropped out or been expelled they are no longer allowed on school grounds.

  • Whenever students feel comfortable with their abilities they are able to ask for a "Grade Evaluation Exam". In this exam they fight someone in the next highest grade level and if they win they advance to the next grade.

  • Once your chi pool has reached 250 you are required to take the "Graduation Exam" as you are no longer eligible to be a student at the academy. You may, however, take the graduation exam anytime before this once you have become a senior.

  • The school gives students titles based on their accomplishments. A title given by the school is more than just a name, it carries weight and fighters worldwide will acknowledge your skill and power. Being granted a title will warrant you 5 permanent stat points and 1000 credits for each fight you win.

Death Rules

  • Every death must have a purpose. Troll killing or killing without purpose is forbidden unless there's a huge event with high likely hood of death. Basically, don't try and kill people over OOC grudges or every staff member will be against you. That is not a good thing in case you didn't know.

  • Freshmen are 'immune' to death. For the sole purpose fairness and the fact that nobody wants their character to die, especially so soon in the game. The only way for a freshman to die is by choice or death by a major plot NPC.

  • If your HP reaches 0 you pass out from the pain. There are exceptions however such as if you have been cut down the center of your body, head removal, heart extraction etc.

  • If you are killed the person who killed you is allowed to take all your items. If you are knocked out however the person is allowed to only take 1 item. In addition to this you must roleplay actually taking the items or else you will have nothing to show for your kill or KO.

  • Characters may also have a chance of being maimed, in which case the person has a 48-hour window to have the body part reattached properly using the right healing techniques. If the body part is not reattached within this window it cannot be reattached at all. Because all flesh is made of cells, which produce physical energy, the loss of a body part can affect how much physical energy is available to mold, which directly affects one's chi pool. Losing a hand/foot reduces the character's pool by 20 chi, losing a partial limb (up to the elbow/knee) causes in the loss of 30 chi, and the loss of an entire limb results in a 40 chi reduction. You also lose a small amount of chi from the loss of digits such a toes and fingers, however this reduction is a minimal 5 chi.

  • The only times in which a character may be immediately killed is if they are decapitated, stabbed through the heart, or cut down the middle through your brain.
