Description: Concentrates the raw chi of the user into his whole body, allowing for all muscles that are used in the act of movement to be loosened and strengthened. This increases Tenshi's potential speed by 1.5m/s.

Name: Release: First Chain of Atlas

Description: This allows for the user to accelerate to full speed without any sort of buildup. This is useful for the use of closing gaps, as well as avoiding dangerous techniques.

Name: Zeus' Lightning: Arc
Chi Involved: Raw
Chi Used: 5
Description: This technique allows the user to shift their momentum instantly by fortifying their muscle fibers, using the mana to pull at them while also allowing the user increased flexibility in that joint. This does not work for running, only for physical blows. To give an example, say the user was about to punch someone in the fact. If the enemy suddenly protruded with spikes, the user could use this technique to instantly shift the momentum from going forwards into coming backwards, thus saving them from being damaged.

Description: This technique allows for Tenshi to increase his reaction speed, represented by his red eye glowing a feint red, not due to the nature of his true chi but instead due to the reflection of the raw chi on his red eye. While active, Tenshi can follow movements that are below his speed perfectly. While this is not perfect reaction time, because he still must physically move and react to the nuisances, it is vastly enhanced. The movements must be within his vision to be effected by this technique, as the technique does not buff his actual reaction time, only his vision.

Description: Concentrating raw chi into either of his fists, Tenshi can enhance his next punch by adding 15 extra damage to his blow.

Name: Theia's Interference
Chi Involved: Raw
Chi Used: 5
Description: This technique will effect all those within a three meter range of Tenshi. This technique uses Tenshi's chi to intensely vibrate in the area around him, which causes extreme irritation to the eyes. Anyone caught within this technique who has less energy than Tenshi must tightly close their eyes for three seconds.
Duration: Instant

The stats are good.

The first tech I cant allow because if its not the equivalent to if you were to instead state you were boosting the speed stat. The equivalent to that would be a extra 1.5 m/s.

Second tech approved.

Third tech needs to be explained a little more. What exactly do you mean by shifting momentum?

Fourth tech cant let you have perfect reaction time for a rookie rank tech. Also you have a 3 instead of a two were the maintence cost should be.

Fifth tech is approved.

Sixth tech is approved however you can make it up to 3 seconds if you wish.

Also you must make your cooldown a minimum of 2 for the instant techs. And for techs you wish to sustain you must till put the max possible length as the duration and their cooldown must be 1 higher than that
