Chi Level: 25
Strength: (2+0)2
Defense: (5+0)5
Speed: (8+0)8
Energy: (5 + 10)15
Resistance: (5+0)5

Maximum HP: (5*7)35
Damage Reduction: (5*0.2)1
Damage Amplification: (15*0.2)3
Maximum Mov. Speed: (5+8*0.5)9m/s

Name: a means to arms
Chi Involved: Pure.
Chi Used: 5 | 2
Description: By funnelling a consistent stream of intense energy into the Moon, Inari vastly improves the functional capacities of the item and allows for rapid transition between the event horizon of the Moon - items can be freely manipulated between the boundary allowing for multiple articles to be withdrawn and/or stowed at once. Additionally The Moon becomes a much more versatile object - able to be manipulated around the bodies sphere of influence. Articles can be summoned at various angles and degree of elevation from a 1m sphere around the Moon at equivalent speeds of its rank -6m/s- and are capable of doing 15 dmg per post in addition to the base statistics of the weapon itself. Every post that a means to arms is sustained for, Inari gains a stack of Purity. Each weapon can only summoned/banished to and from the Moon once per post.
-tags stance; combo; purity, weapon, armour.
Duration: 3p.
Cooldown: 4p.

Name: a territory, green and plesant
Chi Involved: Pure.
Chi Used: 5
Description: Designed by Inari purely for the purposes of defending himself against the assault of others. When required to protect himself beyond the bounds of what a means to arms can provide, Inari relies on this technique. He personally identifies it as the boundary between his soul and the rest of the world. Inari summons a shield from the Moon and integrates it with pure chi, improving the base structure and the area so that it may cover a 3m diameter. Additionally the chi invested allows the shield to defend against one ability of a higher rank or two of a lower rank before its health points are harmed. If a Purity charge is expended the shield gains the ability to negate up to 6m of enforced movement on those who are shielded by its aegis. It’s location and size can be freely changed by Inari within its 3m diameter.
-tags shield; purity;
Duration: 1p.
Cooldown: 2p.

Name: ironheart aphorism
Chi Involved: Pure
Chi Used: n/a
Description: Throwing even his own lifeforce on the line, Inari can choose to contribute a certain amount of his own vitality to empower his abilities - an action which is represented by summoning forth a certain amount of blood which the Moon is forced to ingest and then can be utilised to in further techniques. Vitality may be exchanged at a 2:1 ratio for chi, as one is trading upwards against the universal gradient of matter to energy. As this is only a novice degree of mastery over the feat, likewise it can only be used to replicate novice abilities within his repertoire.
-tags; sacrifice;
Duration: -
Cooldown: -

Name: through a looking glass
Chi Involved: Pure.
Chi Used: 5.
Description: A central component to Inari’s abilities as a Blacksmith come from compiling vast amounts of data. He uses his personalised device ‘the Moon’ to assisst with this process and his use of chi to initiate an intimate inspection of an item lets him study its individual makeup. In its base makeup, he is limited to gaining an understanding of objects and structures. An understanding which affords him either the ability to improve them through further interaction or greater avenues to seek their own destruction. When attacking a target which has been ‘observed’ by through a looking glass it allows him to double the effectiveness of the damage amplification stat. Duration should be considered the amount of time that the scan takes, and cooldown the amount of time before another object can be scanned after the process ends. By default, any weapon of his own creation is considered to have been scanned by this feat.
-tags; debuff; buff; information collection.
Duration: 1p.
Cooldown: 2p.

Name: bottled glory bobbing
Chi Involved: Pure.
Chi Used: 5.
Description: In a similar sense to echolocation, Inari can command his chi to resonate from his body in a wave of energy which then bounces back towards him and is collected by the Moon, allowing him to pinpoint items, objections and people which might otherwise be seeking to hide from mundane vision thru the use of obscuring techniques. By expending a charge of Purity, Inari can choose to tag an item he sees with the effects of through a looking glass. If he choses to do so it will disrupt any current information being processed in the Moon by the ability and override it with the higher priority information.
-tags; debuff; buff; information collection.
Duration: 1p.
Cooldown: 2p.

Name: our lands girt by sea
Chi Involved: Pure
Chi Used: 5 | 2
Description: Commanding his chi to obey his wishes through a simple movement, Inari can display the aptitude to spread his metaphysical prowess across the ground. Due to the translucent nature of raw chi, this ability is often not noticed immediately unless the opponent is paying close attention to the foot movements of Inari. The chi spreads in a 3 meter diameter around Inari and follows his movements regardless of his speed. The chi acts as a molasses, reducing the speed of anything entering it by 6mps, which allows the pale haired blacksmith greater time to retreat from oncoming attacks.
-tags; defence; debuff
Duration: 2p.
Cooldown: 3p.

Ok the stats are fine.

The first tech... so you summon weapons and they float around you and move like telekinetics? Also the tech as a whole can only do 15 damage it cant be 15 damage per instance.

The second tech... at this point im trying to understand, are you just summoning random weapons that you dont have? because thats not allowed.

Third tech... so you give up 2 points of health for 1 point of chi? If so than thats approved.

Fourth tech... imma need you to explain this one for me.

Fifth tech... This last part "By expending a charge of Purity, Inari can choose to tag an item he sees with the effects of through a looking glass. If he choses to do so it will disrupt any current information being processed in the Moon by the ability and override it with the higher priority information. " explain that please

Sixth tech... This is cool

o' boy, lets go into it.
  1. so mote it be.
  2. same idea as the first technique but it deals with shields instead of swords, spears, daggers and the like.
  3. so mote it be.
  4. inari uses chi to break down the structure of items so that he can understand them better as a blacksmith, I'll use this later on to reinforce his ability to produce weapons and destroy them as well.
  5. this is my method of taking care of a scenario which may or may not play out, where in post A, Inari uses 'through a looking glass' but then in the second post, uses 'bottled glory bobbing'. This would double up on the effects and essentially ignore the cooldown of through a looking glass, something I wanted to avoid. So now, if the aforementioned scenario did occur, he wouldn't be able to analyse a target for free.
  6. so mote it be.
