Meeting of the Student Council (Mandatory for all SC Members) Empty
PostSubject: Meeting of the Student Council (Mandatory for all SC Members)   Meeting of the Student Council (Mandatory for all SC Members) EmptyWed Jul 05, 2017 2:47 pm

As the bells rang that let out the final lessons of the day, students all throughout the school began packing up their books and papers. Backpacks found themselves overflowing again, arms weighted down by textbooks that were worn despite being brand new. Many who came to Rising Wolf expected to be able to enjoy combat and pushing their bodies to the limit while hoping to forgo the tedious studies of their old school. Little did many of them know that Rising Wolf was a much more terrifying beast, expecting its students to excel at all things offered. There was little excuse for those who still found ways to lag behind their expected growth. The classes were taught at a quick pace, but the teachers there were some of the best in the world. They were experts on giving the information out in an easy to comprehend way, often offering long office hours to help any struggling students as well as tutors and teaching assistance paid for by the school. Anyone who found themselves unable to keep up would often have to admit that it was due to their own lack of perseverance and work.

Despite the impressive standards that the school held its students to, there was a way to have mroe expected out of you and have less time to keep up with it all. Students were encouraged, if not required, to join into one of the many clubs throughout Rising Wolf. Many went for more relaxing clubs, things that allowed them to pursue their passions and enjoy themselves. Others went for clubs that caught their interest, and yet were held to a much higher pedigree. Sports club required its students to push past the expected limits of their bodies, the Research club asking for students to push the boundaries of science and understanding. The Student Council had a much more complex expectation, requiring students to find whatever their limits were and consistently push beyond. Whether their pursuits be science or sports, creation or destruction, the Student Council willed for its students to be a cut above the competition, even from the other clubs.

This desire to keep its members at their best was one of the few remnants of the old Student Council that had survived Tenshi's takeover. Upon his gaining control of the club, he immediately began making changes that were possible due to the laziness of the old adviser. Within weeks, most of the clubs power had been funneled into the President position. Treasurer and historian spots were eliminated, their tasking added to the presidents spot. The requirement for each class sending a representative was also removed, due to his belief that they should all be represented by the same school. If people wished to bring up issues of their own class, they could approach Tenshi or any member of the Student Council at any given time. There was no need to allocate more spots of the Council for such a thing. By the end of the council's restructuring, the spot of the President held a majority of the power within the club, requiring 80% of other club members to be able to veto him. These things had been made known, but the club had yet to meet since he had taken over. Mostly they had been operating the same as always, just with the president doing more in the background.

Still, he was not pompous to the point of believing that he could control the entire club alone. He would have to assign the positions remaining in the club, a spot also reserved to him- With exception. During his sort of take over of the school, there was one requirement that had been relayed to him. Reinard Wolf had been elected by the student body to be the Student Disciplinary Committee, likely due to their belief that the son of the great Leonard Wolf followed closely in his footsteps. As Tenshi had begun dismantling the other positions, he was ordered to let that position remain. "How can our students maintain faith in a committee put in place to protect them if they don't even get to have a say in who represents it?" The declaration didn't bother Tenshi too much. He still maintained indirect control over it, being the Student Council President. It was more the knowledge of that it could not be touched that aggravated him, though such a hiccup had been quickly brushed past.

As he turned into the classroom of Professor Sayo Noda, he immediately got to work rearranging the seats. The desks were brought together, creating a wide rectangle in the center of the room with seats surrounding it. On the two long sides of the rectangle there were six seats, and on the two short sides there were four. Taking a seat in one of the center two chairs on the side of the rectangle that faced the front of the classroom, Tenshi brought his hands together and interlocked his fingers. Glancing at the clock, seeing it tick closer to the meeting time of 4:30, a grin found its way to his lips. This would be his first time meeting several of these students, and their first time meeting him. It was something that one couldn't help but get excited for, and it was about to begin.

PostSubject: Re: Meeting of the Student Council (Mandatory for all SC Members)   Meeting of the Student Council (Mandatory for all SC Members) EmptyWed Jul 05, 2017 11:06 pm

A klaxon embedded with the integral meaning of accumulated years of experience pierced the stagnant academic air. Inari murmured to himself, a slight undulation of lips and tongue, the usurpation of speech which would go unnoticed. Beneath the general hubbub of the schoolroom transition between a still arena wherein those who resided internalised the teachings of what had come before them, enforced under the brightly embossed maxim of Shakespeare himself - who had observed bemusedly that: ' All the world's a stage, And all the men and women merely players; They have their exits and their entrances, And one man in his time plays many parts,'. It was not a sentiment that Inari found great exception with, and would tolerate the doldrums of historical imaginations in order to broaden his grasp on the waves of probability that washed ashore on the vermilion banks of 'today'. For what day would bring before him opportunity, and what day would bring before another the same fated chance to reach out and seize the sun? 'Fortune favours the bold, but not the foolhardy,' Inari thought to himself as movement sprung up around him, a rustling breeze of motion as the bodies occupying neighbouring positions of previous contentment, interest, lassitude and boredom moved as a unified body. The common prospect of freedom wavered tantalisingly before them, summoning newly found winds into the flagging sails of the academic body. Inari was in so such hurry, his eyes flickered towards the clock face which rested on the far pale cream wall, resting ever so slightly above the blackboard. A static and dynamic screen of knowledge whose contents lay tabulated on the lined pages of the alabaster Blacksmith's notebook, lying unobtrusively in the spiderweb writing which characteristic Inari's penmanship. A collation of imparted teachings which Inari made no sudden movement to collect and stow away within his fabric and polyester backpack, content to allow his peer group the opportunity to depart without his presence. He yet had time within the day to make it to where the Student Council were gathering, much like ravens around the fetid corpse of Odin One-Eye, nestling scaled feet and hooked talons into the forked limbs of Yggdrasil. "So it begins," Inari murmured to himself, pushing backwards on the edge of his seat with the rearmost side of his calves, forcing the metal frame and wood fillings to slide away from his body until it was fully evacuated from contact with his skin and he inhabited the resting position laterally, beginning to pack away the items which cluttered his desk's varnished surface and into his personal storage device mentioned previously. Then he too, was spirited away from the confines of the space into the corridor by the everyday phenomena of kinetic energy and conservation of momentum.

Inari had never been one too fond to pay complete homage to the hands which resided on the clockface - disavowed from the choronal bindings which many of his peers willingly invited over personal hearths for the most intimate of bondage, the Blacksmith took the time to visit his locker on school grounds and performed an exchange not quite equal for mass. Bestowing the locker with the gift of his day to day materials, Inari collected from its depths a small cube of uncertain mass but was light enough for him to carry on his body without problem as he gently turned the multifaceted faces of the item within his hands until he felt satisfied that he held everything his memory believed it did. With the Moon now in his safe possession and assured that it held all five items of his creation within its data banks, Inari turned again to face the rising stairs as he recalled the location of the classroom from the dimly lit screen of his cellular device, a communication sent from the teacher Sayo Noda if his cognitive recollection was to be trusted. The science wing lay across the way and it would require a fractional commute across the courtyard to arrive there without fanfare. Many students within Rising Wolf found encouragement from many echelons of the organisation, be it from upperclassmen who were well versed in the peculiarities of the academy, or the teaching staff. One of these areas of 'encouragement' was often the topic of clubs and those students who withheld their participants were often branded in a vexed light by the establishment. When he had first enrolled, Inari had found himself somewhat tainted by that scarlet paint as his name had hovered, uncertain like a butterfly flitting between many flowers, unwilling to commit itself and thusly missed out of all of the resources available to it. In the end, he obeyed the rule of the Gordian Knot, and elected to become a member of three clubs in total - something, while not unheard of, turned some heads. The continuous flow of projects ensured that Inari was forever working on something, be it data spread sheets for the Research Club, some dissertation or anthology from Arts or serving as a mentor or mediator for a conflict from the Student Council. He had been lightly involved in the previous iteration of this organisation and like before, intended to maintain a simple position within the student organisation; preferring to be known as a background worker and not someone who wielded a named rod of strength within the scholastic body. Admittedly he was forever oversubscribed and this would have also contributed to this reticence to commit to hard and fast responsibilities when he already juggled multiple monkeys and their own problems as it was.

Unless any form of unexpected incident appeared before him to slow him down, Inari made mecurial progress to the north wing of the Science Block, his feet happily treating on ground he had beat many a time before, balancing breakers and the like. This time, Inari found himself far less encumbered and was able to pay the fullest of attention to his surroundings and pleasantly rapped thrice on the frame of the door. Confidence and familiarity lining his actions as he spoke. "Pardon the intrusion," he intoned, hand gliding onto the stainless steel doorknob and rotating the muscle and bone fluently so as to introduce the nature of 'open' to the portal whereas it had previously been 'closed'. Entering into the room, Inari took in the surrounds and the lone other individual who was present insofar. The pallid Blacksmith's appearance reflected the nature of the meeting - informal but with a touch of procedure. His collared shirt lay smooth and calm, but the tie had clearly been loosened already so that it hung casually around his neck. His jacket rested across his shoulders, warding against the evening chill but little more. The Moon rested in the leftside pocket of his jacket and lay still, inactive for the time being. His black pants and belt wore the signs of the day's accumulated fatigue more obviously than his Thespian face. Composed and sombre, only the slight tug of bemusement colouring his expression as Inari inclined his head towards who, Inari assumed, was the newly appointed President of the Student Council: Tenshi Modoru. He knew little about him, but without context was hard pressed to assume that the lack of knowledge was a one way street. "Shall we save introductions 'til our numbers are more complete?" Inari queried him, eyes resting once on his face, but continuously roving to take in the room and the adjustments which had been made since his last siesta here.

PostSubject: Re: Meeting of the Student Council (Mandatory for all SC Members)   Meeting of the Student Council (Mandatory for all SC Members) EmptyThu Jul 06, 2017 1:09 pm

Despite being a freshman, Vladimir was a rather very involved student within the school. He was assistant to one of his teachers, constantly going on missions provided by the woman who ran the department, was apart of the Research club and lastly the student council. Though a considerable amount of time at rising wolf had passed, the student council had never met each other besides informally. Ami , however, was the only one that he had met inside the student council with the rest of them being a mystery to him well except for the president. The president wasn't talked about by many but through his connections of teachers and gossip around school Vlad and the other students had heard some stories. It seemed that he had made some major changes in the council and was going to be making more. The young man had even heard that he was probably one of the most powerful students at this school due to his status as student council president. Vladimir wondered what he was actually like outside of the stuff that he heard about the president and hoped that he was an authentic and trustworthy man who would be leading the student body. Lucky for him, the first ever student council meeting was today and he would get to meet the other members, as well as the infamous president of rising wolves number one club.

If Vlad was honest, he was quite scared at the thought of the meeting. This was pretty much the beginning of beginnings for him and he wondered how the people would see him. Just like everyone else, he wanted to make a good impression of them all and hopefully the president too. However he also didn't have the power to make people like him and only time would reveal to him what would come of the meeting. I guess it is time for me to get going, I don't want to make anyone wait for me he said in a nervous sigh as he grabbed his dark crimson colored tie from his closet and tied it around his neck before grabbing his backpack and heading to the classroom of professor Sayo Noda, a teacher he had yet to meet. It took him a bit longer than usual but he finally found the hallway he was to travel down to reach the professors room and when he did, he managed to see someone else walking through the professors door and walk in. "Looks like people are already here Vlad said nervously as he made his way to the door of the classroom, turning the nob before entering the room and seeing two male figures. "H-hi, i-I'm Vladimir Vista The nervous kid said with a smile as he closed the door behind him.

PostSubject: Re: Meeting of the Student Council (Mandatory for all SC Members)   Meeting of the Student Council (Mandatory for all SC Members) EmptyThu Jul 06, 2017 8:40 pm

Classes were done and over with for the remainder of the day, but it did not mean that Marcus' day was entirely over. Virtually every student on campus had some extracurricular activity to attend to, as Rising Wolf offered many student organizations for the choosing. The ones that Marcus were aware of were Research and Sports, but that may have been it that the school offered. Although originally showing signs of interest for Research, the young man found more profound interest in Student Council, having heard rumors of the takeover of the current person in charge. Now, there was probably going to be intense scrutiny to see a Freshman joining the Student Council, and also as a Freshman to begin with. The school had an expected subculture of getting at the new class of the school for whatever reason they got, and Marcus got a little taste of it. During his last course, one of the seniors took his bag of notes and threw it out of the window, for everything to be spread off into the wind by a divine gust. The notes were all that he had to his name aside from everything he had in his dorm, so that was, for loss of words, a setback. Still, Marcus showed no emotion, even as his bullies took off his plastic piercings and threw them around the classroom, ultimately dunking them outside too for a divine wind to blow some of it all away. Marcus kept a spare set in his pockets and placed them on en route to the Student Council meeting. Attending this Student Council water for Marcus was akin to dipping his toes in pool water to test it out for its temperature. If the atmosphere was tolerable, he would be on board for the remainder of the year. If not... well... the young man did not have a choice now, did he?

The classroom was quaint. That was all Marcus cared to take notice of in the classroom. It was the classroom of a teacher named Sayo Noda, and whoever she was as a person did not matter to the young man for the time being. The man of the hour, Tenshi, was sitting along with two other students who Marcus could not properly look at. Chronic migraines were the most of his worry, and his was beginning to die down. Unfortunately, it would still linger for a few more moments, so Marcus did his best to quell it with sheet willpower and thinking about nonsensical things like fruits and estranged trap anime. Marcus' face bore no telling of expression; he might as well have been a reanimated corpse, and the odd patterning of his eyes proved to not help his case of probably being something other than your average run-of-the-mill human. He took his seat on one of the long sides, sitting three seats from Tenshi on his right. He slid into his seat and took a deep sigh, closing his eyes and bowing his head down to think on why his migraine was acting up. He also wondered what he would cook for dinner that night.

Geno was staring at his phone playing some card game he downloaded the other day. He had been quite lost in it since yesterday. Not paying attention in class and muting the sound to avoid wary teachers. Ones who always made sure their class paid attention to their teachings. It was a game that utilized quick thinking and aggressive play. A game based in a mythical universe where the cards determined the fate of the world. The overall reason for what they did was cliched and irrelevant to Geno. It was the game play that kept his mind focused while he listened to lectures. Just because he wasn't staring at the board did not mean he wasn't paying attention. Before he knew it the last bell before school was out for the day rang. He closed his geology book and began to pack his things. A loud obnoxious sound that was enough to wake sleeping students, and a fanfare for others to go home. For our large black student it was a signal to head to the meeting that was going to take place. He had a bit before he needed to be present. He popped out his wireless Bluetooth head set and placed it on. Connected to his phone he pressed a button on the screen to make it come alive. Vibrant colors danced around before making visible icons. He pressed a icon that looked like a sideways triangle with a music symbol on it.

The screen changed colors before album fronts littered the face of his phone. Looking down at his phone he slung his bag over his shoulder. People left the classroom one after another. Suddenly the noise became drowned out by a more happy tone. A uptown beat that was followed by a soothing voice. See Geno liked to keep to himself and his thoughts at time. This made him miss out on meeting people but he was happy. With backpack on back and his goggles on the lad stood up and made his way out of the classroom.

'Don't you know that you're taking your time
To make up your mind?

Don't you know that you're taking your time
To make up your mind? '

Geno was saying this in his mind as he shuffled down the hallway around people. His body jived and moved as the beat danced. All was right in the world for this moment. See he got lost in the music quite often in between classes. It was his way of escaping the reality of things on the regular. Every chance he got to listen to jams, you can best believe he listened to them. He was making his way down the hallway towards the meeting area for the student council. It wasn't long before the song concluded and the shuffle command took control.

A beat began to kick in before quickly followed by some hot verses. A weaving of lyrical prowess that turned into a subtle story. Geno just rolled with it as he pushed on the door. Didn't seem like a lot of people were present. The current student body president was there, along with two others. One of them went to speak, nervous at first. Smelled like fresh meat just by the tone in his voice. Geno smiled as he found a seat in the room towards the back of the rearranged chairs. He removed his headset and waited for the lad to introduce himself. Geno felt no need to speak just yet, just observe and gain information. He sat in the middle of the back-row. He removed is backpack and placed it on the ground. It was loaded with large books and could become a tool at the drop of a dime.

Meeting of the Student Council (Mandatory for all SC Members) Tumblr_m6bb64OwOY1rqngu2o1_500

Today was a happy day for Hao, just like how most of the other days he experienced were happy days. Today didn’t have anything particularly exciting happening during it but he still felt as though it was a good day to keep existing. Throughout the day Hao had been going to whatever required classes that he needed to, though he found anything not related to combat to be boring and not worth as full attention. He didn’t feel as though the information really mattered to him so long as he could fully comprehend critical thinking skills and combat tactics. Regardless of such things, Hao had gone through his daily toils and remembered that he had to go to a student council gathering of some sort. Apparently the previous student council president had been abdicated or something and some new fellow had taken over the reigns. Hao didn’t really care who was in charge so long as they didn’t make him responsible for paperwork or managing the bureaucratic affairs of the school. Something related to ‘keeping the peace’ or information gathering was much more interesting in his opinion, but he would have to wait and see what the new guy wanted with the lot of them.

Having remembered what he had to do today, Hao skipped out of his class room while mumbling some sort of weird tune under his breath, much to the chagrin of the students around him, who felt it disgraceful to have such a student among their ranks. Hao was aware of these sorts of reactions but he didn’t care in the slightest. The more people who thought he was some ditzy weirdo the better. He really was quite a weird looking individual though, with his thin, frail looking body out for display on account of his very loose looking clothing. He couldn’t recall if the school had a dress code or anything, but he had never worn a school mandated outfit in the first place, nor was he ever punished for doing so. Because of a lack of punishment for such things, Hao went out of his way to don a rather revealing white outfit that fully exposed his midriff and a bit of his chest, leaving his many scars out for the world to see. It was a grotesque sight to most but at least he had a decent looking face. The big flowing sleeves on his upper garment made it more attention grabbing when he did his ditzy twirls thus he felt they were a good addition to his weird looking outfit. His leggings were simple white shorts that had elastic on the leg openings and on the waist, which made sure that he didn’t trip on anything while fighting.

Hao had been at this school for quite a while, having entered it as a freshman, thus he knew his way around the school very well. He was aware that this meeting was being held in a specific teacher’s classroom, though he felt the knowledge of it being a specific teacher’s classroom was irrelevant given that most rooms at a highschool are numbered. Being a very mischievous fellow, Hao was also aware of methods to get inside the ventilation ducts in the school and so he thought it would be an interesting method to make his way to his desired location if he were go via air duct. After sneakily twirling around to an unpopulated area of the school, Hao removed one of the grates that blocked access into the air vents and crawled inside. He put the grate back up behind him and made his way through the ducts until he could reach his location. His sense of direction was quite good as it was and since he had experience traveling through these before it was quite easy to make his way to the classroom. The ducts were extremely safe oddly enough, as they were built with very sturdy foundations that could easily hold up the weight of a boy like Hao. Throughout all of his actions Hao had been taking in all the sensory data that he could via his enhanced capacity to feel air currents. The locations of every individual within a few tens of meters was sensed by him, along with their movements. He also went out of his way to make sure nobody could detect his presence via the sound of him moving through the vents, as the amount of sound he produced could only be detected by someone with an enhanced form of sensory prowess and because nobody was looking up at the time he made it to the grate, they would not be able to see him either.

The classroom that Hao had made his way to happened to have a removable, grated vent on the ceiling. As he was inside the air ducts, he was able to look down at what was going on inside the classroom. It seemed like everyone was getting there before him and that he was almost late. Being late wasn’t a big deal to him, so he took a few seconds to observe the appearances of the people in the room. Most of them were quite tall and somewhat intimidating looking, at least they would be to normal people. Hao was quite used to weird looking people in this school, especially given how he himself looked. As he scanned the appearances of the people in the room his eyes fell upon a young man with green hair who looked rather shy and unsure of himself.

“Bingo!” Hao thought as he looked at the boy.

This boy was obviously some sort of freshman given his appearance; just the type that Hao liked to mess with. Even better was the fact that he was about one foot away from the location where the grate would fall if it were to. Having found his target, Hao accurately struck the grate in a way that caused no harm to himself and caused it drop to the floor with frightening speed. The grate didn’t hit anyone of course as what he was doing was meant to be some harmless fun. Hao quickly followed behind the grate, dropping down from the ceiling and landing just behind the young green haired boy. He had only dropped about 10 feet or so so he was able to land with no problem at all, though he decided to do something else right after he landed. Hao attempted to wrap his left arm around the boy’s left shoulder, pulling him closer to him so he could look at them face to face. Having landed so close to the boy he was able to do this with his fastest speed, and thus he pulled on him in such a way that exposed his scar covered arms.

Having possibly brought the boy into a very close embrace that facilitated a face to face confrontation of only a few inches gap, Hao would say “Hey there cutie! What’s your name? Do you come here often?” These questions were asked with an androgynous and flirtatious connotation to them. He made sure to try and force the boy to make eye contact with his pus yellow eyes as a way to freak him out as much as possible. Hao's face had a big smile plastered on it as he looked into the eyes of boy. While his actions were in jest he was well aware that suddenly bursting out of the ceiling and grabbing one of the student council members might make the group rowdy, so he was prepared to stop any of his actions if he deemed it necessary to protect himself or to protect the boy. He made sure to utilize his enhanced sense to take in all the sensory information required, allowing for him to be aware of any attacks that were directed at him, even if he couldn't see them directly.

While he had attempted to grab the boy with his left hand he also began to simultaneously reach towards the boy’s face as though he were going to gently stroke it. Whatever the room reaction was going to be to this situation, Hao was prepared for anything.

PostSubject: Re: Meeting of the Student Council (Mandatory for all SC Members)   Meeting of the Student Council (Mandatory for all SC Members) EmptySat Jul 08, 2017 12:02 am

At the end of the day, just like every weekday marked the end of the school days. The hallway was full of students who had eagerly exited their classrooms, relieved to finally be done with the torture that was known as class. The state after school always stayed the same even after the three years she had attended this academy, the loud noise of joyful chatting, the typical complaints of their amount of homework one received to friends, but most of the entire shuffle to transfer to their extracurricular. It was no surprise that the hallway was a crowd, pushing others in order to hurry to their destination. Amira was caught in the middle of such an event, and rather than continue to act of pushing, she would rather slip her way through any openings she saw. It would help her speed up her arrival to her destination and keep her presence a secret. The entire journey to her terminal was rather difficult mentally for her. The closer she comes, the more difficult it appeared for her to comprehend and the more this feeling which caused butterflies in her stomach to intensify. It was also a chance for her to calm herself. Being fortunate enough her final class was at the other side of the building, she would have enough time to keep to herself, but it would also mean having to rush. She tried to mask the feeling of dread by focusing on her desire to not be late for her first meeting. After a few minutes, her eyes narrowed slightly as she saw the iron signboard which confirmed her destination, Professor Sayo Noda's classroom, the meeting place of the student council.

It was still a surprise how she had received a position. Amira did not do anything special nor did she honestly think she deserved a position. However, she was not one to complain, grateful by this opportunity to have the chance to help decide the school’s wellbeing. Upon arrival, she noticed that she was not the first to arrive, although that would make sense. Six students… she would be the seventh, possibly one of the last to arrive? Taking a quick glance at the clock, the anxiety she had felt before entering the classroom disappeared, allowing her to relax. She didn’t know anyone here personally, save for Vladimir who appeared to be a target of another boy, possibly a senior, although that was simply a guess as she had only caught glimpses of him before meeting upon this day. While she had definitely known of Tenshi Modoru, the student council president who had spoken in front of the school on multiple occasions and was known for revamping the entire system altogether however she had never talked to him personally.

“Good afternoon.” She addressed the entire group as she entered the classroom; her tone was hesitant, making it clear that she was rather unsure of herself. The greeting was nothing more than an act of politeness, as she did not truly wish to interact with the others unless it was for business. Without another word, she silently took a seat as she silently waited for the meeting to begin. Upon doing so, she would take this opportunity to calm herself down, allowing herself to regulate her breath and heart rate which was currently abnormally high. It wasn’t that she was unsure of her own abilities, which was also true but to a lower level, but strangers… it was a difficult overcome this feeling of uncomfortableness that would constantly attack, even though currently it was simply within a group of six students, one of which she knew as an acquaintance. However, she would be able to mask this sensation, limiting the knowledge of how she truly felt about herself as she simply appeared to sit down and patiently wait for the meeting, to begin with, a neutral face, careful to not draw any unwarranted attention to herself.

Meeting of the Student Council (Mandatory for all SC Members) Empty
PostSubject: Re: Meeting of the Student Council (Mandatory for all SC Members)   Meeting of the Student Council (Mandatory for all SC Members) EmptySun Jul 09, 2017 11:24 pm

As Tenshi's eyes gazed at the clock and the time danced closer to the expected time of arrival for the brunt of the Student Council, his mind shot through the information he had on them all again. The Student Council President was permitted to access the files of all the students of the school, and he had used that to his full advantage. While there were too many students to memorize every detail about every person, he had no problem in taking extra care of memorizing the information of his council. Each face, name, and every detail the school had about them was locked firmly within his mind. He had also checked his own records, and he had done an incredible job of keeping them bare. The school knew not his true chi, knew not of his weapons or acquisitions outside of the school, and they barely even had an idea of his actual strength. He was a wildcard, and that was going to be the most important part of the weeks to come.

Being snapped from his own mind at the sound of the door cracking open, his eyes dropped from the clock above to door to the silhouette within it. The first arrival was a student known as Inari Heureux, a junior. As he spoke, a chuckle bubbled from Tenshi's throat as he gestured to a seat with a single hand. "That is fine." As the door closed behind him and the man made his observations and motions, the door opened once more. It was a quick succession, though chances are the smaller boy had lagged far enough behind his upper classman to have not seen him within the hall. Everything about the boy screamed of a person who had not yet come into their own. He was timid, his body stiff as if he wasn't comfortable within his own skin and his words stuttered as if he wasn't confident in even his own introduction. He was a freshman, green in every aspect, and yet there was potential. He had taken the step to join the Council, and he had made sure to both show up early and to try and take initiative in introducing himself. If he could grow more confident in the coming years, he'd grow into a fine man indeed. As he introduced himself and closed the door, Tenshi nodded to him. The smile was still on his face, bestowing the air of confidence and his self assured nature. "Welcome, Vladmir." As the student slowly entered the room and looked around, a few seconds had passed.

As the two made their way in and attempted to catch their bearing within the new environment, the door swung open again. For the briefest of moments, he thought that he should have propped the door open. The third student was none other than Marcus Aurelius, the student with whom Tenshi had the most interactions with. As such, he expected the silent entrance that was given. As he sat down and closed his eyes, Tenshi's gaze bounced to the next entrance. This student had music playing, though the noise only barely escaped his headphones. Geno Ranzu, another senior who took his seat after making what looked to be like a quick note of all within the room. Marcus and Geno likely heard Vladmir's introduction, which was positive. They could begin to form their own opinions on their fellow member of the student council.

Within a moment Tenshi received a test he had not planned on. A loud noise, the sound of metal losing its form, was heard. Within the same moment that Tenshi heard it, a light fire seemed to erupt from his eye the whole room seemed to slow down. He caught the image of the vents cover crashing to the ground right as it finished, and from there his eyes shot up to catch someone falling from the vent. An odd situation, a sickly pale and ghastly green, and all the information led up to a single outcome. The arrival of their next member, Tang Hao. As he dropped, Tenshi's eyes followed the movement without flaw. Upon identifying the student, his ability immediately deactivated. While his sheets were definitely unique, there was nothing to worry about. Tang was an impressive student, of that there was no doubt. However, he wasn't one to just attack students without cause. He was likely just following whatever odd intuition it was that drove him, and that unique mindset on life was what made him such an interesting person.

Grinning as he watched the spectacle unfold, his eyes were torn from the tormenting of Vladmir to see the final arrival. Amira Jäger, a junior like Inari. With her arrival and introduction, all those who were expected at this time were here. The professor had not yet arrived, but for every rhyme there was its reason. Reinard as well had reason for his absence, and as such he would receive no punishment of this meeting other than having to find out late what its outcomes would be. With all the pieces on the board, it was time to start. Rising from his seat, a smile found its way onto Tenshi's face. "Hello, and welcome to the first meeting of the Student Council. Please everyone, make yourself comfortable."

While the table and the chairs had been set up for the meeting, the students were by no means obligated to take seats in them. So long as they were not disruptive of the meeting, they could do whatever the so please. Once they all seemed to get to where they were going, he would begin. Stepping out from his seat and pushing the chair in, Tenshi spoke up once more. "My name is Tenshi Modoru, Student Council President. I am a Senior at Rising Wolf, and I am the one who called this meeting today so that we could all get to know one another. For the next year, and for some of you even longer, we will all be working hand in hand. I figured it would be best to introduce ourselves, as well as fill in vacant positions. Now, would you each be so kind as to introduce yourselves?" While his statement did not hold the traditional inflection of a question, it was by no means an order. The confidence in his voice and the way he carried himself made it come across as more of a statement than anything else.

With that said, Tenshi would take some steps back and allow his eyes to jump to each student in turn as they introduced themselves. Any student who chose not to, Tenshi would at the end give the students name and year. Once that process was finished, he would continue on.

"Now, I'm sure you are all wondering what vacant spots I am referencing. For those of you who do not know, since I took this office I have done some major renovations to the club, including the dissolving of many of the previous positions that the club once held. Now, there are to spots in which remain empty, those of which we need to fill. These positions are Student Council Vice President, and the Student Council Personal Guard.

"The Vice President plays a vital role in the Student Council. Despite what you may have heard of my personality or actions, I recognize that this club is too involved in school politics to manage alone, and I understand that my actions and thoughts may not always encompass the will of the students. For that reason, the Vice President is expected to live up to their title. They are to be a second in command, a person who can step up to the task of advising me on decisions, informing me when I am out of the know, acting as a medium between myself and other members of the club and student body when needed, and a plethora of other jobs within the Council."
Pausing, his eyes that had continuously been jumping around from person to person did a quick scan of the room, looking at the faces of each member to make sure that they were at least paying attention. After that brief pause, he'd continue.

"The Personal Guard has the job of protecting the leadership of the Student Council, as will as being responsible for the safety of student council members who will be representing us at different events or during difficult times. While each one of us are a member of Rising Wolf and are fully capable of defending ourselves, there is still a concern of safety. There can never be too much help, and a dedicated guard will allow for the management of events to go smoother, and for hectic times to be better brought under control. Both of these positions are vitally important, and I hope to fill both of them at this meeting. Now-" he said, clapping his hands together with a smile. "Now that I have droned on long enough, do I have any volunteers? Please speak up for what position you'd like, if either, and why you're best suited for the position. I do no wish to hear why you're better than the other members in here, but rather why you are a proper fit for the role. Be honest, as there are no right or wrong answers."

Not one to refuse an offering, whether it was guised as suggestion but wore the flesh of wolf beneath lupine command Inari nodded his acquisition of the older students recommended station on the table - moving towards the table and taking a seat whilst the arrival of others was awaited. It appeared that barely the slightest of breaths need be held to herald the second arrival -including his own personage. Grasping the stable infrastructure which made up the body of the chair, Inari smoothly created distance between it and the tabletop sufficient so that he could comfortably interject himself between the two objects. Distant optics drifted across the ceiling, noting the distance between himself and the other landmarks within the expanse. The light stood three feet away from him, and the grate another seven besides that. Craning his neck within the chair, Inari covertly eyed each arrival as they were introduced by the catalyst for this gathering: Tenshi Modoru.

Enter stage left, a vibrantly coloured student slightly more advanced within his scholastic progression than Inari's own. He didn't immediately recognise the facial construction of the newly introduced boy - Vladmir. Well accustomed to the odd catalogue of cultural names which Rising Wolf was want to display so openly. Not that the Blacksmith could genuinely talk on this front as his own name was not of a particularly traceable origin and sometimes defied common convention seemingly for little but its own want. Of this, Inari was no stranger to members of community providing guesses as to his place of inception and as such was loathe to subject others to the same degree of investigation and was careful never to look for too long lest offence be taken. Nonetheless he was able to grasp a number of identifying anatomical characteristics from which he would be able to ascertain Valdmir's identity again should he see him without the atypically coloured kertain. Behind him, another pair followed closely on his heels as the appointed hour approached with increasing precision. Of all of them, Inari personally noticed the peculiarities within one of the unnamed seniors. He was best marked on two fronts, the perfection to which he maintained his poker face - a truly cacographic face. Inari was markedly impressed by the sober demeanour he eluded. It also detailed a trend within the masculine trended facial categories within the room, either preferring to express light amusement and confidence via thinly veiled smirks and upturned lips in either aloofness or apparent cordiality. Subscribing to the former of these, Inari greeted each arrival with an inclined head as they shuffled in, each to their own gate suiting purposes unknown to the younger student. And it would not be beyond the realm of shame to admit some measure of intimidation surrounded as he was by upperclassmen.

Truthfully the only appearance of note was the sudden and unexpected emergence of a most flamboyant and straightforward of men. Quickly displaying his interest and preference in disposition and approached the green haired boy, intent clearly painting a french portrait of piqued ardour. Coughing politely, Inari hid a genuinely amused expression behind a pallid hand - however the bequeath of camouflage did not completely mask the softening of his optics and the penetration of emotion into otherwise altruistic orb. Once the scene resolved itself Inari moved the locus of attention from the meeting of newly formed affection and potential distrust had been established. He listening with interest to Tenshi's speech but felt that his position in the gathering was merely to observe at this point and that the other upperclassman would be far more suited towards the named positions. As such he merely kept his peace and remained silent.

As Vlad looked around the room with wracked nerves, he started to calm down when he realized that these people where his classmates and that he was safe here. Well, he thought so until he felt immediate danger coming from above just as the vents cover crashed right to the floor near him, making him automatically want to go into defensive mode and protect himself. Vladimir wondered where the culprit was until he felt and saw a scarred arm wrap around him while a unfamiliar individual stood face to face with him. Being forced by the stranger to look him in the eye, greeted him by calling him a cutie and asked if he came there often. Vladimir knew it was all just a joke by the look that was in the other man's eye but red covered his face and he began to get nervous again. "H-hi, I-I'm V-v-Vladimir he said as he stuttered and got even more flushed as the boy had began to stroke his face. If Vlad had to admit that he did like boys but being in a situation like this was very nerve wrecking for him as he had never met a single soul to this to him, especially with the cutie part. Asking the name of the person would probably be smart in a situation like this but he was so nervous that he forgot to do anything. Maybe when he calmed down and after the meeting that he would ask for the boys name but for now he tried to break away and find a way to the rearranged set of seats, he had to sit down before he had indecent bodily functions happen. Just as the red covered Vladimir sat down in his seat, he noticed another student walk through the door and that was his acquaintance Ami. They had fought a giant mutated lizard together and thought they became kind of closer since then. She greeted everyone in the room before quickly sitting down in a seat and keeping to herself, this wasn't the most talkative group he was in.

After Ami had sat down, Tenshi began to speak to the group as a whole which began the first meeting of the student council. He told them that today they would be introducing themselves and as well as filling in the vacant positions within the student council. Vladimir assumed since he introduced himself to most of them already that he wouldn't but after no one said anything for a few minutes he decided to start. Slowly standing from his chair, Vladimir began to speakDespite just introducing myself to some of you, my name is Vladimir Vista and I'm a freshman here at rising wolf his face was still very much red and he was still very much nervous but he had to gain some confidence around the people he will be hanging with for the next year. After everyone else introduced themselves as well, Vlad looked directly at the boy who had crashed through the ceiling and seemingly embarrassed him but quickly looked away. He didn't want him to get he wrong message or anything but Vlad couldn't help but want to look. Tenshi went on to the vacant positions that where within the student council, revealing that he had actually cut most of the positions out leaving only two. "That's quite crazy Vlad said as he didn't know the president had such power to cut most positions but it was already said and done.

As Tenshi explained the two open positions in the student council, Vlad knew that the one that he wanted was the Vice President. Not because of how much power it held but because wanted to be involved in the student council and the school all together. The Vice President spot would help him with that goal of being more involved in his school. If he had more faith in his fighting skills and abilities all together, he would go for the personal guard but it seemed like several people here would be better at that than him. He was a bit more comfortable now and could speak without stuttering too much now. "I am interested in the Vice President position Vlad said a bit more confidently than before, he wanted to make sure the president knew that he was serious about wanting the position. "I think I'd be fitting as ever since I was a child I've helped my grandfather run his store. As I've reached the age of puberty, I was allowed to help him with his staff, help make some decisions, as well as acting as a mediator when needed he hoped most didn't see it as child slave labor or anything but helping his grandfather out with his business was kind of fun before he had died. "The V.. I mean my family is also heavily tied to the politics of the world so i.. I know a few things Vlad looked down for a quick second as he said that, remembering all the foul things his father had did and said thanks to his influence in the politic world. He wasn't trying to brag and hoped no one else thought that as well, Vladimir was just letting them know what he had experience doing for the position. He wondered how many of the others would go for the position and even if he lost it, it was still worth a try.
