Request and Job Board Rules WIP

This is where you can find all the jobs and request that you can take to earn some cash. The jobs are organized by rank and can be taken by anyone of that rank or above. For example if you are a rookie all you can only take rookie ranked request. There is a way around this however. You can go on any mission as long as there is at least one person that is of that rank going with you.
